Your project enquiry

The form collects your company name, city, email address, project type and message. When you click “Send my enquiry”, this information is transmitted over an encrypted connection to our Cloudflare server, then emailed to Adrien La Neve’s Gmail inbox. Fields marked as required are necessary to process your enquiry and reply to you. The form does not accept attachments.

You can also email contact@metamorphe-agency.fr: Cloudflare forwards this branded email address to the same Gmail inbox. The content, your sender address and any attachments in that email are then processed to respond to your enquiry. Please do not send sensitive data or passwords.

Purpose and retention

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a service contract, or a legitimate interest in responding to a general enquiry. This website does not sign you up to a newsletter or send automated marketing messages.

Retention period: enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for two years from the last exchange, then manually deleted by the publisher in Gmail. If a contractual relationship begins, contractual and accounting documents are subject to their own retention requirements.

The website does not save form submissions in a database, cookie or browser local storage. If an error occurs, your text stays on the page so you can use it again; closing or reloading the page may erase it. No automated acknowledgement email is sent to your address.

Form protection

The server validates the fields and limits repeated requests to protect the inbox from abuse. A hash of your email address is used for this technical rate-limiting check at Cloudflare; your message is not written to an application log. Requests detected as invalid or too frequent are rejected. This protection is based on a legitimate interest in keeping the service secure. It is not commercial profiling or automated decision-making with legal effects.

Browsing, cookies and third-party services

The website contains no advertising tools, audience analytics, embedded maps, remotely hosted video or CAPTCHA. Images and files are served from the same hosting provider. Metamorphe Agency sets no application cookies or advertising trackers.

Cloudflare processes connection data, including IP addresses and traffic metadata, to serve and secure the pages. The legal basis is a legitimate interest in operating and securing the website. Metamorphe Agency does not keep application logs of visits or export connection logs. Cloudflare’s own technical processing follows its retention criteria: service purpose, security and legal obligations. See its privacy policy.

Service providers and international transfers

Recipients are Adrien La Neve, Google for emails actually sent, and Cloudflare for hosting, form protection, email sending and forwarding. These providers operate internationally: some data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Cloudflare states that it relies, among other mechanisms, on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses, depending on the transfer. Technical email-routing and security metadata follow Cloudflare’s service, security and legal retention criteria. The two-year period above applies to enquiries in the publisher’s inbox, not to all provider logs.

Demonstration and animations

The animated demonstration uses fictional interfaces embedded in the page and runs locally in your browser. It does not collect or transmit data or create any accounts. The animation pauses when it leaves the screen or the tab is hidden. It respects your device’s reduced-motion preference. The pause control applies only to the open page, without cookies or persistent storage.

Language selection

The FR / EN links open the equivalent page in the selected language. Your choice is not stored in a cookie or browser storage. There is no automatic redirection based on your browser language.

Your rights

Depending on the processing and its legal basis, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, object to processing or request portability where that right applies. You can contact Adrien La Neve at the address above and lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
