CUSTOM BUSINESS SOFTWARE · B2B
Your business has its own rules. Give it software that understands them.
Bring your information together, automate repetitive tasks and connect your tools with software built around the way your business actually works.

BUILT AROUND YOU
An illustration of custom software: two teams get their own workspaces, new members gain access, an approval step joins the workflow, an API connects tools, a reporting feature appears and a client portal opens.
01 — YOUR USE CASES
Too many spreadsheets. The same information entered twice. Progress that depends on one person. A good project starts with a specific problem to solve.

THE AIM
Business software should reflect how your company actually works: who decides, who takes action, and what information needs to reach whom, and when.
Your project takes shape around these needs. We agree on features, integrations and priorities with you before building.
02 — THE APPROACH
You see what is being built and validate how it works before expanding the scope.
Your users, existing tools, constraints and the problem that matters most.
A scope to costThe key screens and user journeys to check that the solution fits the way you work.
User journeys to validateDevelopment, demos and testing based on scenarios agreed with you.
A version for acceptance testingLaunch, onboarding, maintenance and improvements under the agreed contract.
An operating frameworkA budget based on your scope. The proposal sets out deliverables, milestones, timelines and recurring costs. Maintenance and future development are scoped separately.

03 — YOUR POINT OF CONTACT
I’m Adrien La Neve. I design software around real business needs.
I have implemented SaaS and business management systems in international groups, including Salesforce, ERP and Oracle solutions. This experience has given me a practical understanding of operational needs. I start with each team’s environment — its tools, constraints and ways of working — to build software that fits, with every feature grounded in day-to-day use.
Let’s talk about how you work04 — BEFORE WE START
B2B companies that need business software, a CRM or an internal tool tailored to their processes. Metamorphe Agency works particularly with businesses in Menton, Monaco and Nice. We discuss your needs and how we would work together during our first conversation.
Business software follows your working rules. It can be a web application accessed through a browser, with permissions for different users. Hosting, any subscription and operating arrangements are defined for your project.
No. A practical example is enough to start: a task, the people involved, the tools they use and the outcome you want. An existing specification can also be a starting point.
We assess the options during scoping: available APIs, export formats, access permissions and provider limitations. An integration is included in the proposal only after its feasibility has been reviewed.
That depends on the scope, the number of user journeys, any data migration and the integrations involved. A proposal sets these out after we have assessed your needs.
The contract sets out code rights, hosting, access, backups, exports and maintenance terms. Data requirements and obligations specific to your sector are reviewed for the project.
